Prior to founding Cromwell Builders Inc. in 2002, principal Michael L. Ponsi was involved in all phases of the Real Estate industry with hands-on experience in Corporate Real Estate, Lease Negotiations, Space Planning, Property Management, Land Development, Construction Management and Construction.

Specializing in Interior Office Build-outs, Cromwell’s comprehensive understanding of the challenges your company faces when changing locations, expanding operations or renovating current facilities enables a seamless and timely transition. We also are accustomed to special circumstances such as the renovation of occupied spaces. As the general contractor we provide a high level of coordination between the design team, material suppliers, subcontractors, local municipalities, the building owner and the Client.

Beyond traditional construction services, Cromwell also can assist in the selection and coordination of vendors, including but not limited to furniture, signage, premise wiring (electrical, voice, data and audio), copier/faxes, alarm systems and access systems. We tailor our management approach to fit the client’s needs, and thus can be involved in as much or as little of such ancillary services as you require.
